Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. federal holidays. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Costs

Sleepora Ergo may occasionally offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and shipment details.
Tracking updates may take up to 72 hours to appear after shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information during checkout.
Sleepora Ergo is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you need to update your address, please contact us immediately at chandudancer941@gmail.com.
We cannot guarantee address modifications after an order has been processed.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking information.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
